i know it and i aggree, but i understand this list in that way:

Fek plan to add this features into a game, but if something will went wrong he will first do some of them and skip others.

in other words this will be in a game if it will not be to hard to do. 

if it will be hard then lower % fetish will have lower chance to be added than higher one  because fek will first focus on higher priority fetishes.

why not add oral dildo play to it.

idea is good but that will need certain amount of flags to work, someone can and will flag them without reason.

best way would be to moderate them at certain amount of flags but that will mean human need to work on this so it is probably out of the way.

and yea, he doesn't pay, but as you said in here:

its donation based so he can not pay if he don't want to and we can do nothing about it especially with product that will be made for free anyway, sad but true.

also we don't know his situation, maybe he wants to pay but have no money to do it, not every country and person is rich.

i am just pointing that:

1. He have rights to not pay

2. he was using facts and quotes in his arguments

3. he know he propably not understand why it isn't released

4. he want to know reason of delay

also try to use less unpleasant form of writing for the recipient, form you used with uppercasing can be understand as attack on him even if information you pointing are correct.

Why don't you hire some help?

I prefer to work alone for many reasons, including:

• I really like the challenge of doing everything myself, as well as the recognition that comes with it. When someone hops in stream and says "wow, I can't believe you did this all yourself," it makes my dingly parts tingle.
• I really dislike the legal side of working with people. I hate sending out 1099s, I hate drafting contracts, I hate tracking revenue and hours. But even more than that...
• I hate the thought of just trusting someone to not be an asshat and fuck me over. There are a lot of great people in this industry, but there are also a lot of legitimate, literal psychopaths. To make things worse, empathy is often inversely related to talent.
• Self-preservation is important to me. As soon as I start doling out jobs to anyone who can do something better than me, I will be out of a job. The expression "jack of all trades, master of none" is applicable to me. I will find a better artist. I will find a better programmer. I will find a better audio guy. The only reason I have a job doing what I love is because instead of paying someone else to do all my heavy lifting, I do it myself.
• Practice. The only way I'm gonna get better at all of these things is to continue doing them myself.

Simulate is good idea, but there is other solution. we could simply use systems we already have: furniture.

Repaint walls and place furniture in shape of stone,tree etc. ;3

Bigger customization and not need separate system.

Also when you think environmental, first idea that come to mind is a basement dungeon, you know because bondage rack XD

Even if we will not have that possibility we will have mods, as Fek writes in mods section:
