Have a room where you set up a subject with your favorite stuff happening to them ... for days. I would suggest keeping it from being too terribly dark; they can leave whenever, but they are incentivized to stay with a bonus for each day they remain. In gameplay terms, it'd just be a place where you can easily just go see your favorite porn, live, basically.
