Have a subjects balls get bigger or tighter or have the vagina swollen and puffy from prolonged edging and denial

Can we add a height measure thing in the showers? like a ruler on the wall in feet on one side and meters on the other, just to know how tall we actually are.

I'm thinking a few tools, each used to "inflate" the subject in a way...

 That's all I can think of at the moment... Trying to keep the ideas realistic twords the game, requiring science stuff and such.
