ruler in the bathroom?

Can we add a height measure thing in the showers? like a ruler on the wall in feet on one side and meters on the other, just to know how tall we actually are.

Or just a thing on the HUD that tells us our exact height on the spot, without having to cross-reference the ruler every time we make a change.
