Kobolds... awesome little things and I already know they're in the game but because their size and weight they're susceptible to many kinks, being small and light they're easily fuckable and HOLDABLE.. you could put Kobolds in a way where they could be held by the customer and just straight up used like a cocksleeve... pluss since it's a thing in most games and D&D they could have an affinity for Dragons or the customer could more likely be Dragons

The current tying of everything to a single 'masculinity/femininity' slider is far too restrictive. For example if you wanted to make a mostly feminine build but without the wider hips/butt, or a masculine build without the larger hands, that kind of nuance is not possible with the current system as you can't change one thing without affecting everything else.

Since we will probably have a lot of male genitalia choices, I opt for implementing female ones as well, like equine, feline, canine etc.

Since we talking about anthropomorphic skeletons only, it shouldn't require too much of additional work.
