Upload/Download Custom Characters

I'd like to be able to create characters and share them with others on some sort of community tab similar to Steam community mods. I'm aware that the game cannot come packaged with copyrighted characters, so maybe this could be a workaround. I think it would be nice to download characters that others have made.
