Research in career mode.

The one suggestion I have so far is a little more explanation on research and how that works while in the hologram. Just a better explanation on why research fields can't be progressed after a certain point and how to change or avoid that in career mode. I hope I'm just missing something so this suggestions doesn't fall in deaf ears.
