Pleasure Self Button Everywhere

Don't know if its technically possible, but allow the pleasure self button to be used everywhere in the lab, not just while on the rack.

Not going to lie, I see this suggestion as problematic...

All kidding aside, I look forward to the day to when I can explicitly exhibit myself to my digital coworkers.

And to random digital pedestrians wondering around the red light district.

It was available anywhere via the console in the earlier versions so it's possible
