I think it would be cool to see a section in the character creator where you can take details from various species to create a unique penis. For example, an equine cock with a knot, a barbed canine member, a tapered shaft with a dragon's ridge plates on the underside, etc.

Two of your examples are already possible in the advanced editor. You can make any cock barbed, knotted, or both.
