Realistic refractory periods & reduction in cum emission after multiple orgasms
That first one surely could be very productive! But what about the second? or third? Or tenth? A dribble of prostate fluid after multiple orgasms seems to add some realism!

As much as I respect your opinion, I'm specifically interested in this game for the NON realistic portions, such as cumming infinite amounts of ejaculate.
HOWEVER, if there were a toggle that could switch between infinite and limited refractory, that would be quite acceptable!
Errr... We probably don't want anything too realistic. Imagine needing to wait half an hour for a male test subject to go again.
