Bug report (Mantis not working for me, sorry)
When I choose a client/volunteer/research subject as of the recent 2.10 update the game freaks out and sort of neon screen tears into oblivion. This is a paid for version via Itch.io

That is the main bug atm, i hope fek will fix this soon
with how many people are reporting this same bug on the bug tracker, and the fact that it's so bad it's preventing people from even playing the game, I would hope fek has been hard at work on an emergency patch.
Yeah this is a game breaking bug. I haven't found a way to get around it either
Try being in first person camera[scroll in with mousewheel until the camera no longer zooms in]. It prevents the bug from occurring to me.
