I know at this stage its really hard to introduce something like this at this point.

But I'd love to see an update that has VR input and interaction.

It would be amazing !

And I cant wait to see the final version.

He is testing compatibility for VR, has purchased hardware and got the game running on Rift and Vive as far as I'm aware. You can keep up to date with his progress re: VR support on his Trello page.
