Subjects Crying and begging?

Could it be possible to make it where a test subject would beg and cry, bawl even, if abused or is overcome with pleasure. Like maybe when you are milking a subject for to long or if the subject is particularly sensitive to pain, so things like spankings, whippings or whatever  will cause the subject to slowly start to beg and cry for you to stop. Not every subject would cry  or beg of course, different subjects will always have different pain tolerances I just want there to be an option for that sort of thing.
