Inflation straight up
why not allow general inflation, with a naughty twist? Ex. full body helium inflation (including genitals) and make them your "personal" sex balloon?

Well, inflation of some kind is planned as a strong possibility as it is. Realistically though, I wouldn't expect full body inflation to ever happen, ever, since most bodies in 3D-anything don't have the proper vertices in the right places for it. Basically, if he did add fullbody inflation as-is, the inflated body would look smooth and great in one part, yet terrible and jaggy in another.
