Heart Fetish/Cardoiphilia
I don't see this a lot and this fetish is kind of rare but some of the community who know about cardiophilia and have it, would like to see this implemented into the game most definitely.

Agreed! Since the anticipation meter already shows what appears to be the subject's heart rate then it would not be too much of a stretch to add an audio component to have a optional looping heartbeat that increases or decreases speed with the subject's anticipation or nearness to orgasm with the heart beating very fast or skipping during orgasm itself. Similar EKG sounds could also be included as optional. A stethoscope or EKG pads could be an early game un-lockable research item as well that allows for the activation of those options.
