There's a growth chemical but no shrink chemical.
Seems like an easy thing to add.
Can't you just mix in the negative chem with the growth chem to make the shrinking version? I distinctly remember shrinking some of the people in the racks down to some pretty small sizes.
I don't recall being able to mix them in rack 2
Ive played the dev mode with everything unlocked and there wasn't anything like that. I could be wrong. I'll try when I'm home.
In the chemical synthesizer station, select the growth serum, and then click the chemical-nullification serum.
