A heart monitor and stethoscope would be a sweet thing to have
I know someone else suggested it 3 years ago but just want to bring more attention to it. The ability to hear the subjects heart and/or see it on a heart monitor would be a neat thing to have since it is medical related!

Maybe a heart monitor that goes the ass/pussy if subject is in heat, and then the steth' could be really cold to the touch and make the subject twitch, or heated too
