Rape
As bad as it sounds, its a really common fetish on the fandom, adding an option for having forced sex with a subject, or change their tastes like on rack 1, so they dont like what its being done to them should be a thing in the game

I upvote with the addendum that this should be a client requested roleplay scenario...so as to avoid the nastiness associated with actually performing rape.

I agree with this.
Not actual rape and that the lab abducted someone for you to abuse, but ROLEPLAY.
This could be if a client is asking for it, or a volunteer or research subject tells you their secret and its apparently rape and they would like you to do so with them (consensually and for fun, of course).
