It's really difficult to cum in an orifice by humping alone, so there should be a button for manual orgasm

It's a real pain in the ass to finally cum in an orifice or to cum at all, so either there should be an erection bar with you all the time and not just in the shower, or you can get gradually hard by pressing 'I' on the keyboard, and to orgasm, press 'O' for that.
I think the best option would be an erection bar with you at all times anywhere, an orgasm button right next to the bar, and the manual key option to orgasm with the keyboard.

Instead of B, the I key should be for the test subject you are on, and the O key for yourself.
I saw another suggestion with the option for self-stimulation and I think that would make a better alternative to just buttons pressed for instant erection/orgasm.
It kills the verisimilitude to just instantly have your character orgasm like that. Imagine a button that would allow your character to masturbate themselves before penetration in order to become aroused.
If Fek ever adds cheats or the like it might be good to add an 'instant orgasm' button as you suggest, but for the main game it would make more sense to have you stimulate yourself.
